If a tool is not working as expected, include the tool URL, your browser name, device type, file format, approximate file size, and what result you expected. Please do not email sensitive documents unless you are comfortable sharing them.

PDF Vault tools process files locally in your browser. We cannot see files you use inside tools, recover deleted files, or retrieve previous conversion results.
