Which Tool Should You Use?
1Photo rejected for KB size
Open Photo Size Fixer. Choose 20 KB, 50 KB, 100 KB or enter a custom target. The tool compresses in your browser and downloads a JPG.
2Signature rejected or too large
Open Signature Fixer. For many exam portals, 10-20 KB is the target range. Crop white space tightly before compressing for a clearer signature.
3Certificate PDF is above the limit
Open PDF Size Fixer and pick 200 KB, 300 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB. If the PDF is still too large, remove unnecessary pages first with Split PDF.
4Portal asks for JPG but you have PNG or WebP
Open Image Converter. Convert PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG directly on your device with no upload.
Fix Your Upload File Now
All tools run locally in your browser. Your file does not leave your device.
Open All Free ToolsCommon Reasons Files Still Fail
If your file is under the size limit but still rejected, check these points before trying again:
- Wrong format: JPG may be required even if PNG opens correctly on your phone.
- File too small: Some portals reject files below the minimum size.
- Wrong dimensions: Signature images often need a wide, short shape.
- Blurry scan: Over-compression can make face, signature or certificate text unreadable.
- Password-protected PDF: Use Unlock PDF first, then compress the unlocked file.
- Too much blank area: Crop photo or signature before reducing size.
Best Workflow on Mobile
For the fastest mobile workflow, take the photo in good light, crop it first, then resize/compress. If you are preparing certificates, scan the document, enhance it with Document Scanner, convert images into a PDF with Image to PDF, then reduce the PDF using PDF Size Fixer.
